Your comprehensive guide to navigating the NovaLCA platform and conducting professional assessments.
The NovaLCA Process
1. Create Your Project
Start by defining your product and the scope of your assessment. Select whether you want a Cradle-to-Gate or Cradle-to-Grave analysis.
2. Define Life Cycle Stages
Break down your product's life cycle into logical stages: Raw Materials, Manufacturing, Transport, Use, and End-of-Life.
3. Input Material & Energy Data
For each stage, input the quantities of materials and energy used. NovaLCA connects to verified databases to fetch impact factors automatically.
4. Run Impact Assessment
Our engine calculates the environmental footprint across multiple categories, including Carbon Footprint (GWP), Water Scarcity, and more.
5. Generate Audit-Ready Reports
Export professional PDF reports that comply with ISO standards. Share these with stakeholders or use them for environmental declarations.
